What Is The Disability Rebate?

The Canadian Disability Rebate is a tax credit provided to eligble Canadians by the Canadian government. Those who are eligible can receive up to $35,000 per claim.

Does Income Matter In Claiming The Disability Tax Credit?

Regardless of the income you earn, you still qualify for the tax credit so long as you meet the requirements in terms of the disability you have.

Is The Rebate Taxable?

No, it is non-taxable, so you don’t need to worry about paying taxes on it.

Will I Receive My Rebate All At Once?

No, most likely you will receive your tax rebate money in two or three installments.

Do I Have To Pay Canadian Benefits Group If I Am Not Approved?

Nope. If your claim is not successfully processed, you do not have to pay anything to us.
